Physicians of NVRA
What is a Radiologist?
A Radiologist is a physician whose expertise encompasses the interpretation of diagnostic imaging examinations such as X-Rays, CT scans, MRI's etc. In addition, Radiologists perform diagnostic procedures such as angiograms, barium enemas, upper GI series, and interventional procedures such as angiography and needle biopsies. Radiologists supply your doctor with the information needed to provide appropriate treatment or care based on the results of your imaging exam.
